GATE 2027 Registration from Aug 14: Know How to Apply at gate2027.iitm.ac.in

GATE 2027 registration will commence on August 14, 2026, at gate2027.iitm.ac.in. Candidates can apply without a late fee until September 21. This time, GATE exam will be held on February 6, 7, 13, 14, 20, and 21, 2027.

GATE Application 2027

GATE 2027: Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras has announced that registration for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering 2027 will begin on August 14, 2026. Candidates willing to get admission to postgraduate engineering, science, architecture, and humanities programmes or go for PSU recruitment can submit their GATE application 2027 online through GOAPS portal.

As per official schedule, candidates can complete GATE 2027 registration without a late fee until September 21, 2026. It must be noted that GATE application window will remain open with a late fee until September 30, 2026. IIT Madras is conducting GATE 2027 on behalf of National Coordination Board (NCB) GATE under Ministry of Education.

How to fill GATE 2027 Application Form?

• Go to official website of GATE 2027

• Click on GOAPS portal link and select New Candidate Registration

• Register by entering name, date of birth, mobile number etc

• Once registration is completed, GATE enrolment ID and password will be sent to email ID

• Log in and fill in personal and educational qualification information

• Upload documents

• Pay fee and submit form
