GATE Correction Window 2026: Last Chance to Edit Details TODAY at gate2026.iitg.ac.in, Admit Card Dates OUT

IIT Guwahati will close the GATE 2026 application correction window TODAY (November 10). Candidates who want to edit their GATE 2026 application form must visit the official website and submit corrections. Read below for more.

The GATE 2026 application form correction facility will close TODAY (November 10). Candidates who want to change their details, such as name, category, exam paper, center, educational qualifications, etc. must do so by TODAY. Applied candidates will be able to download their GATE admit card 2026 on January 2 at GOAPS portal. 

Steps to access IIT Guwahati GATE 2026 Application Correction Window

Candidates can edit their GATE application form 2026 at GOAPS portal using their enrollment ID and password. To change any information, applicants have to select the relevant data, include the details they want to edit and pay the required fee. Candidates, who want to change their name, must upload their name change document in PDF format. 

GATE 2026 Exam Date

The Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, will conduct the GATE 2026 exam on February 7, 8, 14, and 15 in two shifts. The exam timings are forenoon (9:30 am to 12:30 pm) and afternoon (2:30 pm to 5:30 pm). The entrance test will take place for 30 test papers. Candidates appearing for the exam must carry their GATE admit card 2026 along with a valid ID proof (the one submitted during registration).
