IIT Patna Generative AI Certificate Program Expands with Batch 5 Admissions; Applications Open Till March 15

IIT Patna’s Generative AI Certificate Program for Professionals has seen multi-batch uptake, with Batch 4 in progress. As of now, IIT Patna Generative AI Certificate Program batch 5 applications are open till March 15, 2026.

IIT Patna Certificate Program: Indian Institute of Technology Patna has seen high enrolment and positive learner feedback from students regarding Certificate Program in Generative AI for Professionals. The first batch from May to November 2025, enrolled 190 professionals and achieved an average satisfaction (CSAT) score of 4.5 out of 5 across all modules. Building on this success, the second batch, running from August to February, enrolled 308 professionals and recorded a CSAT score of 4.2 out of 5. 

The second batch is currently completing Web App Building module and is expected to finish in February 2026. The program continues to gain momentum, with Batch 4 currently underway at IIT Patna and enrolling 288 professionals, highlighting growing demand for industry-relevant Generative AI training. 

Applications for Certificate Program in Generative AI for Professionals Batch 5 are open until March 15, 2026. The program offers hands-on Generative AI training aimed at improving employability and preparing professionals for successful careers in the field

IIT Patna representative stated that, “The ongoing success of the program represents consistency over time as well as a successful alignment of industry standards to our Generative AI Program curriculum. The program has been designed to provide working professionals with hands-on experience in using generative artificial intelligence to solve real-life problems."
