2,50,236 candidates have been selected to be eligible for JEE Advanced 2025. Candidates can check whether or not they have qualified for the JEE Advanced exam on their JEE Main 2025 session 2 scorecards, now available at jeemain.nta.nic.in.

NTA has just declared the JEE Main 2025 session 2 result. This year, out of the total unique candidates who took the JEE Main 2025 exam 250236 have qualified for JEE Advanced 2025. Now, these candidates have the opportunity to register for JEE Advanced 2025 for IIT admissions. JEE Advanced 2025 registration will begin on April 23, and the exam will be held on May 18.

NTA decalred the JEE Main 2025 cutoff for JEE Advanced for all categories. The cutoff is: 93.1023262 for UR; 79.4313582 for OBC; 80.3830119 for EWS-ALL; 0.0079349 for UR-PWD, 61.1526933 for SC-ALL and 47.9026465 for ST-ALL. 

Accordingly, 97,321 candidates have been selected from UR, 67,614 from OBC; 25,009 from EWS-ALL; 3,950 from UR-PWD, 37,519 from SC-ALL and 18,823 from ST-ALL.

The JEE (Main)–2025 Session 2 was conducted at 531 unique examination centres in 300 Cities [including 15 cities outside India in Manama, Doha City, Dubai, Muscat, Riyadh, Sharjah, Singapore, Kuwait, Kuala Lumpur, Kathmandu, Abu Dhabi, West Java, Washington, Lagos and Munich].

Candidates can check the JEE Main 2025 cutoff for JEE Advanced 2025 qualification on their scorecards available at jeemain.nta.nic.in under their respective logins. If your NTA score is more than the cutoff marks prescribed for your respective category, then you can register for the II JEE Advanced exam at jeeadv.ac.in.

JEE Advanced is the second-stage test (after JEE Main) for aspiring IIT students. Around the top 2.5 lakh performers in JEE Main get to challenge JEE Advanced every year. It's the doorway to the prestigious IITs and is considered one of the toughest exams in the world. The exam is conducted annually by one of the 7 IITs or IISc Bangalore in CBT mode, under the aegis of the Joint Admission Board (JAB).
