JEE Main 2026 Exam Dates Clashes with AEEE 2026 Dates; Here's What to Expect

JEE Main 2026 exam date and AEEE 2026 exam date are clashing. However, NTA is yet to announce exact dates for JEE Main 2026 session 1 exam. Will clash exist, or are there some chances that candidates can take both exams simultaneously? Read details below.

NTA has announced that JEE Main 2026 session 1 exams will be held between January 21 to 30, 2026. On other hand, AEEE phase 1 exam date has been announced as January 29 to February 1, 2026. This means Candidates who are planning to appear for AEEE and JEE Mains have to be cautious about exam dates. However, JEE Main 2026 session 1 exam exact dates will be announced in due course. NTA has just notified exam period as of now.

AEEE 2026 registered candidates can select their exam dates using slot booking facility that Amrita will open on January 10. Those who will be appearing for both JEE and AEEE, can schedule their AEEE exam so that there are no clashes with JEE Mains exam.

Amrita Entrance Examination - Engineering (AEEE) will be held in computer-based test mode. This year, there has been a change in the exam pattern of AEEE. The question paper will have a new section, 'Quantitative Aptitude', for a total of 30 marks.

AEEE 2026 registrations are open at aeee.amrita.edu, and last date to apply is January 15. Also, NTA JEE Main 2026 session 1 application forms are now available at jeemain.nta.nic.in and last date to complete registrations is November 27.
