KEA released the KCET round 1 final allotment result today. Candidates can visit the official website to check the final seat allotment. Yesterday, it released the provisional seat allotment, and candidates who have objections against their provisional seat allotment could raise the issues till 11 am today. Candidates can use their login credentials to check their KCET final seat allotment. The KCET seat allotment consists of colleges and courses provisionally allotted to candidates. The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) released the KCET 2025 Round 1 final seat allotment result today. The final seat allotment was followed by the KCET provisional seat allotment result, which was declared yesterday, August 1, 2025, and candidates who had objections against their provisional seat allotment could raise the issues till 11 am today. KEA has released the final seat allotment result after addressing all valid grievances by students who raised objections against the provisional seat allotment by emailing keauthority-ka@nic.in before 11 am on August 2, 2025. Candidates can visit the official website to check the final seat allotment.  Students who participated in the KCET counselling registration process can check their UGCET 2025 allotment status by logging into the official website cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.

To check their allotment, they will have to use their login credentials, such as CET number and date of birth. Candidates who are allotted seats in the first round must confirm their choices, such as freeze, float, or exit, between August 4 and 7.  Check details here.

Steps to Check the KCET Round 1 Seat Allotment 2025?

Step 1 - Visit official website of KEA: cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.

Step 2 - On the homepage click on the link titled “UGCET/ UGNEET – 2025 First round provisional result".

Step 3 - Enter login credentials - CET number, date of birth, and the captcha code.

Step 4 - Click on the ‘Check’ button to view your allotment status.

Before this, the exam body released the mock allotment results on July 25, giving candidates the chance to add, delete, or rearrange their preferences from July 26 to July 29.

What is the KCET counselling?

The KCET counselling is conducted to shortlist candidates based on the KCET 2025 ranks for admissions into various courses, including engineering, agriculture, pharmacy, medical, dental, BPT, and BPO courses.

The KCET is a state-level entrance exam that is for students who have completed or are appearing for their Class 12 (or equivalent) examinations with relevant subjects.
