The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell has started the MHT CET 2026 registration for second attempt today, April 15. Candidates who have obtained a minimum of 45% marks in class 12th can apply for the test. The registration is open for both the PCM and PCB groups.

MHT CET registration 2026 for the second attempt has begun. Candidates can apply for the second attempt of MHT CET 2026 in online mode. The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell has started the MHT CET 2026 registration for second attempt today, April 15. Candidates who have obtained a minimum of 45% marks in class 12th can apply for the test. The registration is open for both the PCM and PCB groups.

To apply for the MHT CET 2026 second attempt, candidates have to log in to the candidate portal at cetcell.mahacet.org. The last date for MHT CET 2026 registration for session 2 is April 16, until midnight. Applicants applying during this period have to pay a late fee of Rs 500 over the application fee.

How to apply for MHT CET 2026?

To apply for MHT CET 2026 second attempt registration, candidates have to:

  1. First register at the CET portal
  2. Link DigiLocker having APAAR ID and Aadhaar Card
  3. Log in and fill the MHT CET application form 2026
  4. Select exam centre, CET and pay the application fee

MHT CET Registration Fee

Candidates can pay the MHT CET 2026 registration fee in online mode only. The MHT CET application fee is given below.

Category Rs.
General category (1300+500) = Rs 1800
Reserved category (1000+500) = Rs 1500

The authorities will not allow any corrections for registration during this period. Thus, candidates must fill in their details carefully. Moreover, students require their APAAR ID and Aadhaar authentication to apply for the exam. This is the final chance to apply for the MHT CET second attempt.
