MHT CET 2026 Registration: How to Check If You Are Registered for Second Attempt?

The State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell, Maharashtra, is conducting the MHT CET registration for the second attempt on April 23. The MHT CET session 2 registration link available at cetcell.mahacet.org will close at 11:59 PM. Students are confused about how to check whether they are already 'enrolled' for session 2 or need to apply again.

Applicants who had already selected both attempts while applying for the first time need not need apply again for the second attempt. This is because you have already shown your interest for appearing again and have paid the due fee. This makes your application already valid for session 2. For those who had selected only one attempt earlier must apply again if they want to appear for the second attempt.

How to Check Enrollment for MHT CET 2026 Second Attempt?

For those who are unsure and want to confirm there enrollment, follow these steps:

  • Log in to the candidate portal at cetcell.mahacet.org
  • Go to your application form details
  • On the application dashboard you will find whether you are enrolled for the second attempt or not.
  • Already 'enrolled' candidates need not apply again.
  • Alternatively, you can check your payment receipt and find confimation on your registered email.

For the remaining students who wish to appear for the MHT CET 2026 session 2 exam in May, the application portal is live today. Candidates can apply for another attempt and pay the application fee along with Rs. 500 late fee. The steps to apply are as follows:

  1. First register at the CET portal
  2. Link DigiLocker having APAAR ID and Aadhaar Card
  3. Log in and fill the MHT CET application form 2026
  4. Select exam centre, CET and pay the application fee
