The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell is conducting the final admission process for MHT CET 2026 CAP Round 4. Candidates who have been allotted a seat in the fourth round must complete the required admission formalities today, September 7, 2026. Candidates allotted a seat for the first time in this round are required to accept the offered seat through their candidate login and pay the seat acceptance fee online.

Candidates who have been allotted a seat for the first time, received a betterment in CAP round 4, or have retained their earlier seat with no betterment must also report to the allotted institute for confirmation of admission.

Candidates allotted a seat for the first time in CAP Round 4 must first self-verify the seat allotment through their login. After accepting the allotted seat, they have to pay the prescribed seat acceptance fee through the online mode. Students must then report to their allotted institute within the specified deadline. They need to submit the required documents and pay the applicable admission fee to confirm their admission.

The reporting requirement applies to candidates who have received a seat for the first time, secured a betterment in the fourth round, or received no betterment and retained their previously allotted seat. Failure to complete the required step will lead to cancellation of admission.
