MHT CET exam date 2022 postponed to August; check new schedule here

The exam will be conducted in all district headquarters of Maharashtra in online mode as a computer based test.

The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell has postponed the MHT CET 2022 exam date to August. As per the official notice for postponement, MHT CET 2022 will now be held from August 5 to 10 for the PCM group (Engineering) while for the PCB group (Pharmacy), the exam will be held from August 11 to 18.

Maharashtra Higher and Technical Education Minister Uday Samant have informed that the exam dates have been postponed to August as NEET 2022 and JEE Main are scheduled to be held in June and July. This will allow students to appear in JEE Main 2022 and NEET with a free mind. The earlier exam dates were also in a clash with JEE Main session 1 exam. As per the earlier dates, MHT CET 2022 was scheduled to be held from June 11 to 23.

MHT CET Application Form 2022

The Application form for MHT CET 2022 is available up to April 23. Currently, the application form is available only with a late fee in addition to the application fee. The application form without late fees was available up to April 15. With exam dates postponed, there is a possibility that the MHT CET registration date will be extended.

Candidates interested in taking admission in Engineering/Pharmacy courses in Maharashtra need to qualify the MHT CET exam. The exam will be conducted in an online mode across various districts of Maharashtra.
