There will be four rounds of counselling for the MHT CET Pharmacy admission. Candidates will be offered admission as per their merit ranks and choices.

The final merit list will be prepared after considering valid grievances received against the provisional list. Candidates should therefore not treat the provisional merit number as the final ranking until the CET Cell releases the final merit list.

Candidates can follow these steps to check their merit status:

1. Visit the official MHT CET Pharmacy admission portal.

3. Enter the required login credentials.

4. Submit the details to view the merit status.

5. Check the merit number and other details carefully.

Candidates mentioned on the MHT CET 2026 provisional merit list can take admission to First Year B.Pharmacy and Post Graduate Pharm.D admissions.

Candidates should check details such as their name, application details, category, eligibility information and merit number. Any discrepancy should be reported during the objection window specified by the CET Cell.

MHT CET 2026 CAP round 1 seat allotment for Pharmacy will be announced on October 10, 2026.

After the final merit list, the CET Cell will proceed with the next stages of the pharmacy CAP process, including option/choice-related activities and seat allotment as per the official schedule.

Candidates belonging to SC, ST, VJ/DT, NT(A), NT(B), NT(C), NT(D), SBC and EWS categories who submitted a receipt for their Caste/Tribe Validity Certificate or NonCreamy Layer Certificate or EWS Certificate during the CAP registration process must upload and verify their original certificates by visiting a Scrutiny Center. They must then submit these original certificates to the admitted institute on or before the final reporting date of the fourth CAP round.

• Candidate shall raise the Grievance about correction required in the data displayed in provisional merit list through his/her Login.
• The application of such candidates shall be reverted back to the candidate in his/her Login for rectification.
• Candidate shall upload the requisite documents to substantiate the claim for any correction/concession.
• The status of acceptance/rejection of Grievance raised by candidate shall be available in candidates Login along with latest receipt cum Acknowledgement.
• Those candidates who selected physical scrutiny mode shall visit SC for resolving the grievances.

The final MHT CET 2026 Pharmacy merit list will be released on September 3. The authorities are conducting the grievance process to the provisional merit list until August 31.

After considering all valid objections and making necessary corrections, the CET Cell publishes the final merit list. The final merit list is used for seat allotment under CAP rounds and cannot be challenged further.

The provisional merit list contains the initial ranks allotted to candidates after document verification. Candidates should carefully verify all the details mentioned in the list. If any information is incorrect, they can submit grievances within the specified deadline.

The MHT CET 2026 All India Pharmacy merit list is prepared based on NEET 2026 scores, while the Maharashtra list is prepared based on MHT CET scores.

Candidates are advised to verify all the details carefully before the final merit list is published. The final MHT CET merit list will not be subject to any objections.

It is mandatory to appear for MHT-CET 2026 for candidates belonging to Maharashtra State Candidature, Minority Candidature seeking admission to B.Pharm/ Pharm.D. However All India Candidature candidates may or may not appear for MHT-CET 2026 as Score of NEET-2026 shall be preferred over MHT- CET 2026 for admission to B.Pharm/ Pharm. D.

These seats shall be filled in by the Competent Authority.

• The scheme shall be mandatory for all Technical Institutions offering Under Graduate, Integrated and Dual Degree, MBA/MMS and MCA programs that are approved by the Appropriate Authority.
• Seats up to maximum 5 percent of sanctioned intake per course shall be available. These supernumerary seats shall be available only to such Course(s) in an Institution, where a minimum of 50% of “Approved Intake” are filled up in last Academic year.
• The Waiver is limited to the tuition fee as approved by the Fee Regulation Authority for unaided Institutions and by the Government for the Government and Government Aided Institutions. All other fees except tuition fees shall be paid by the beneficiary.
• The Candidates admitted under this scheme shall not be allowed to change Institution/course at any stage under any circumstances.
• These seats shall be available for admission to First Year of Engineering & Technology and Hotel Management & Catering Technology courses, Pharmacy, Design and Planning.

The MHT CET Pharmacy CAP process covers admissions to B.Pharmacy and Pharm.D programmes across participating institutes in Maharashtra.
