NIT Warangal PhD Admissions 2022 begins; Apply by May 22

Candidates selected for admission into PhD under the Full-Time program are eligible to receive institute fellowship as per Ministry of Education, (former MHRD) rules.

NIT Warangal PhD Admissions 2022: National Institute of Technology (NIT )Warangal has announced PhD Admission for July 2022 session. NIT Warangal offers PhD Programs in Full-time (FT) and Part-time (PT) modes in 13 departments of the institute. According to the admission notice, candidates selected for admission into PhD under the Full-Time program are eligible to receive institute fellowship as per Ministry of Education, (former MHRD) rules. The institute will also follow government norms with respect to Category-wise (EWS, OBC, SC, ST, PWD) reservations on overall available seats.

Last date to apply for PhD programme at NIT Warangal is May 22, 2022

The institute commenced the admission application process on April 25, 2022, and the last date to apply for the programme is May 22, 2022. The NIT will release a list of shortlisted candidates on June 8.These candidates would then be required to appear for a written test. According to the official schedule, the date for the written test is June 15, 2022 (Online/Offline depending on the situation).

Candidates who will qualify for the written examination would then be called for the personal interview. The interview will be conducted from June 20 to June 24, 2022, via Online or Offline mode depending upon the prevailing situation.

List of the selected candidates would then be released on June 30, 2022. Selected candidates will be required to report for admission between July 18 to July 22, 2022 (Online/Offline depending on the situation)

NIT Warangal offers PhD Programs, in Full-time (FT) and Part-time (PT) modes, in various departments such as Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Biotechnology, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Humanities and Social Sciences (English Language Teaching), School of Management.
