NITK Surathkal has partnered with NSDC and USDC to launch online MTech in Signal Processing and Artificial Intelligence from 2026-27 academic session.
NITK Surathkal to Launch MTech in AI and Signal Processing
National Institute of Technology Karnataka, Surathkal has signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) to expand its online higher education offerings. Under this initiative, NITK Surathkal will introduce online MTech programme in Signal Processing and Artificial Intelligence from academic year 2026-27.
The institute said admissions and programme-related details will be announced on its official website. Interested candidates will be able to check eligibility criteria, application dates, and other admission-related information online. As part of collaboration, NITK signed a bipartite MoU with NSDC and a tripartite MoU with NSDC and USDC.
More Online Programmes Planned
NITK is expected to introduce online MTech in Information Technology, an MBA programme, and several other specialised courses to meet industry requirements and technology trends. MoUs were signed by NITK Surathkal Director Prof. B. Ravi, NSDC representative Mahima Singh and USDC representative Vivek Bhattacharya in presence of senior institute officials, faculty members, and deans.
