Official TNEA 2022 Schedule Announced, Website Goes Live
TNEA 2022 website was down for a few hours on June 8. However, the website went live late in the day with an official schedule for the counselling and also the counselling procedure. Read details here.
TNEA 2022 schedule has been announced at tneaonline.org
Earlier on June 8, the Tamil Nadu higher education minister K Ponmudy, has announced the dates. However, the website remained down and created some confusion regarding the actual dates as different sources quoted different TNEA 2022 dates.
But with the official website up and running again, the confusion has been cleared and the dates are as follows.

Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) 2022 will be a completely online process. The process will include registration, payments, choice filling, allotment and confirmation.
TNEA rank list is used to offer admissions to candidates in undergraduate programmes like Bachelors of Engineering (BE) and Bachelors of Technology (BTech) in colleges of Tamil Nadu. Candidates must note that TNEA written exam has been scrapped as the counselling is based on Class 12 marks and therefore seats are allotted in the colleges through the TNEA rank list.
