SRMJEEE 2021 exam begins, check exam related requirement and guidelines
SRMJEEE 2021 exam day guidelines can be checked below by the candidates appearing in the exam on May 23 and 24.
SRMJEEE 2021: SRM Institute of Technology (SRMIST) is conducting the engineering entrance exam for candidates on May 23 and 24 in remote proctored mode. Students appearing for the exam can check the SRMJEEE 2021 exam day guidelines and requirements below.
AS per the SRMJEEE 2021 exam pattern, there will be 125 multiple choice questions for students to attempt. For the first time, the exam will be conducted in two phases. Phase-I is already going on the Phase-II SRMJEE will be conducted on July 25 and 26, 2021.
SRMJEEE 2021:Β Exam Related Requirements
- Students must have a computer system/laptop with the latest hardware, operating system and a stable internet connection of at least 512 KBPS (1 MBPS preferred) throughout the test. It is to note here that once the test begins, the retest will not be allowed due to internet issues.
- If a candidate is appearing for SRMJEEE 2021 through mobile phone, he/she must download the configuration file available on the university website since May 19.
- SRMJEEE 2021 aspirants should take tests in a room without any noise and disturbances.
SRMJEEE 2021: Exam day guidelines
- Students have to log in to the test portal using details mentioned in the SRMJEEE 2021 admit card
- SRMJEEE will be for 150 minutes and students should log in at least 60 minutes before the test begins. It will help them to take photographs of themselves and ID proof and to read instructions.
- Candidates will not be allowed to end the test before 120 minutes. The βI want to submit the testβ button will be available only after 120 minutes.
- Only one question will appear on the screen. Students can either answer the question or skip it if don't know the answer. Once moved to the next question, candidates cannot come back to the answered/skipped questions.
- On completion of the test, candidates must follow the instructions to close the exam successfully
- As soon as 150 minutes elapsed, the test will be closed automatically
