TJEE 2021 exam day guidelines have been released. Read to know the TJEE exam day guidelines along with the COVID-19 advisory.

Tripura Board of Joint Entrance Examination (TBJEE) has released the TJEE 2021 exam day guidelines and advisory for candidates regarding COVID-19 on the official website – tbjee.nic.in. Candidates are advised to go through the TJEE exam day guidelines and advisory so that they do not face any problems at the centres and are well prepared for the entrance examination.

TJEE 2021 Exam Day Guidelines

  • Candidates will have to reach the TJEE 2021 exam centre at least two hours before the examination time to avoid overcrowding.
  • Gates will be closed 30 minutes before the exam and no candidate will be permitted to enter thereafter.
  • Candidates will have to carry their TJEE 2021 admit card along with valid ID proof (PAN card/ Driving License/ Voter ID/ 12th Class Board Admit or Registration card/ Passport/ Aadhaar Card with photograph / E-Aadhaar/ Aadhaar Enrolment No. with Photo).
  • TJEE admit card consists of three pages. Page 1 contains the Self Declaration form (Undertaking) regarding COVID-19, page 2 contains centre details and important instruction for candidates and page 3 has “Advisory for candidates regarding COVID-19”. The candidate has to bring all three pages to the centre.
  • Before reaching the centre, the candidates will have to fill up the required details in the Declaration form in legible handwriting including their guardian signature and without their signature. The signature of the candidate has to be done in front of the official. The form has to be dropped into the box kept in the centre.
  • Along with the TJEE admit card 2021, the candidates will have to bring their personal sanitisers, masks, transparent black or blue ballpoint pen and transparent water bottle.
  • Electronic gadgets such as mobile phones, calculators and other personal items will not be allowed inside the centre.

What are the TJEE 2021 COVID-19 guidelines?

Candidates will have to follow the given guidelines to ensure a safe environment for the conduction of TJEE 2021:

  • Candidates will have to wear 3 ply masks all the time inside the examination centre.
  • Space of a minimum of 6 feet has to be maintained at all times.
  • Candidates will have to sanitise their seats using their personal sanitisers.
  • Candidate must sign on the attendance sheet after sanitizing hands with own sanitiser.
  • Until the end of the exam, no one will be allowed to leave the centre.
  • The strict practise of covering one's mouth and nose, while coughing/sneezing with a tissue/handkerchief/flexed elbow and disposing of used tissues properly, has to be followed.

TJEE 2021 admit card was released on August 15 on the official website. Registered candidates can download their admit cards by logging in using their User ID (Registration ID/Email ID) and password. TJEE 2021 will be conducted on August 24 as a pen-and-paper-based test.
