TNEA 2022 counselling registration starts

The Directorate of Technical Education has released the TNEA 2022 application form on June 20. The last date to complete the registrations, filling of online forms, and uploading of original certificates is July 19. To participate in the TNEA 2022 counselling process, candidates have to submit the TNEA application form 2022 within the prescribed timelines.

Steps to apply for TNEA 2022 counselling?

TNEA 2022 application process involves the steps given below.

Step 3: Fill I - Personal Information

Step 4: Fill II - Special Reservation Information

Step 5: Fill IV- Scholarship Information

Step 6: Fill V - School of Study Information

Step 7: Fill VI - Academic Information

Step 8: VII - Preview Details

Step 9: VIII - Complete Payment

Step 10: IX - Download Application

The application process involves TNEA 2022 registration, application fee payment, filling in academic details, and taking a printout of the filled-in application form. To be eligible for TNEA 2022, candidates have to pass the qualifying examination i.e. 10+2 or intermediate, and other eligibility criteria as prescribed by the authority.

Candidates who have successfully registered for admission will be allotted a random number. The authority will send random numbers will to the candidates through SMS on July 22. After signing in, the candidates can also view their Random Numbers.

The entire Counseling procedure consists of various steps as given below:

  • Filling of application and Certificate Uploading
  • Random Number Generation (by TNEA Authority)
  • Certificates Verification through online
  • Rank Publication (by TNEA Authority)
  • Exercising the choices of institutions and Branches
  • Publication of Tentative Allotment on a notified date (by TNEA Authority)
  • Confirmation of allotment option 8. Report to College/TFC depending upon their Allotment option
  • Payment of Fees based on the allotment option
