UPTAC 2024 Round 3 Choice Filling Starts
UPTAC Counselling 2024: Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) has commenced the UPTAC counselling round 3 online choice filling facility. Candidates participating in the counselling must complete their UPTAC round 3 choice filling online at the official website: uptac.admissions.nic.in. The last date to fill UPTAC choices and make modifications for counselling round 3 is August 21, 2024.
Based on the UPTAC counselling round 3 choices, the seat allotment result will be announced on August 23. To download UPTAC seat allotment result round 3, they need to use their application number and password. This year a total of 87,389 seats are available across all colleges, courses, categories and quotas.
UPTAC 2024 Round 3 Choice Filling
The UPTAC counselling round 3 choices can be filled online. They can complete the UPTAC round 3 choice filling at uptac.admissions.nic.in. To do so, they have to use their JEE Main application number and password. During the UPTAC round 3 choice filling, they have to enter their preferred colleges and courses. Further, based on the choices entered, the UPTAC 2024 seat allotment result will be released.

Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University will conduct the UPTAC counselling process in four rounds this year. An additional round specifically for government institutes has been introduced in the UPTAC 2024 counselling. If any seats remain vacant, authorities may hold further rounds. For the extended round of UPTAC counselling, applicants must complete a new registration and pay the required fee.

Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University will commence the UPTAC counselling online willingness process after the declaration of the seat allotment result. Applicants allotted seats can fill their online willingness from login facility. Applicants appearing in the counselling process have to login using their credentials to choose their willingness against the allotted seats. Candidates have to choose from options freeze, float and withdrawal options. Candidates choosing float option will be considered for upgradation. However, applicants choosing the freeze option are not considered for upgradation. Any candidate who does not want to participate in the further rounds of counselling can choose the withdrawal option.
After accepting a seat allotted during UPTAC counselling seat allotment, applicants will be given a chance to withdraw their seat. The exam authority will deduct INR 5000 & INR 3000 fee for freeze and float options respectively. Candidates must note AKTU will not allow candidates to participate in the further rounds after withdrawing their allotted seats. Candidates are advised to be double sure before withdrawing their seats.
