Vellore Institute of Technology will likely re-conduct VITEEE 2021 for those candidates who failed to attempt the examination due to valid reasons. The authorities are expected to soon announce the details regarding the VITEEE 2021, which will be held as an Online Remote Proctored Examination (ORPE). The exam pattern will be the same as the one that was conducted earlier.

The authorities are expected to make the decision due to the number of requests from students who had failed to attempt VITEEE 2021 due to technical or internet issues. Only those registered candidates who were absent or unable to log in are likely to be eligible for the VITEEE 2021 re-exam. However, the detailed eligibility criteria for VITEEE 2021 re-exam will be announced soon. 

If the re-exam is conducted, VITEEE 2021 slot booking for this examination is also expected to be open. The preferred slot has to be chosen and booked by the candidates as per the availability. Candidates who will participate in the re-exam are also likely to access VITEEE 2021 mock test since it is necessary for all candidates before the examination. 

VITEEE 2021 was held on May 28, 29 and 31. Candidates who qualify the entrance examination will have a chance for admissions into the BTech courses offered by the participating campuses of VIT.
