VITEEE 2026 Counselling: Last Few Hours to Lock Choices, Instructions, Seat Allotment Date

VITEEE 2026 phase II counselling is ongoing for ranks 20001 to 45000. Candidates who are participating to take admission at VIT campuses - Vellore, Chennai, AP, or Bhopal can login to the portal and complete it by today before 5:00 pm. The credentials required to access VIT counselling portal are application number and password. 

VITEEE Counselling 2026: Choice-Filling Guidelines and Instructions

Candidates doing the VIT 2026 choice-filling must keep following things in mind -

• Payment of counselling registration fee is mandatory.

• There is no limit of adding preferences

• If your priority is branch over campus, then make different combinations of branches, campus and categories for maximum chances. 

• Core CSE at VIT Vellore campus at category 1 will not be available. However, if that’s your priority with no fee issue, then add for category 3 and 4 bracket. 

• Consider CSE specialisations, core, and low-demanding branches as well in your preference list. 

• The deadline to lock choices is May 20 (5:00 pm). If not submitted, then the portal locks automatically. 

VIT 2026 Phase II Seat Allotment Result Date

VIT Group of Institution will release VITEEE Phase II seat allotment result on May 22 at vit.ac.in. Candidates who had participated in counselling can check their allotment result at the portal. Seat once allocated cannot changed under any circumstances. Candidates must download their provisional seat allotment letter immediately after announcement of VITEEE 2026 seat allotment result.
