VITEEE 2026 Counselling Process started on May 8, along with the declaration of results. Phase I choice-filling has started. The last date lock-in choices is May 13 (5:00 pm). The choice filling and Candidates can check complete details regarding VITEEE counselling 2026 below.

How to do choice-filling in VITEEE 2026?

Candidates who have obtained rank between 1 to 20000 are eligible for counselling. The process to select preferences can be checked below -

• First visit the official website - vit.ac.in

• Now login in using credentials (application number, password, and email ID)

• You will be redirected to the dashboard. 

• Students who have paid the counselling fees (INR 5900) are eligible for choice filling. 

• Now, click on the choice-filling section and enter the following: programme, campus, branch, fee category, and core/minor (optional). 

• Fill the choices and submit.

NOTE:

• There is no minimum limit in adding preferences.

• All submitted choices will be locked automatically after 5:00 pm.

How to edit priority during VITEEE 206 Counselling?

To edit and shuffle your options, click on edit option and interchange or change the order number of preferences. The priority can be changed manually just by entering the values in the priority box.  Do not forget to update after making any changes. 

VITEEE 2026 Seat Allotment Date for Phase I

The VIT seat allotment result for phase I will be updated on May 14. Once the seat is allotted, the category/branch or campus cannot be changed. In case the seat is not allotted during counselling, candidates will be given an opportunity in further phase of counselling based on the rank obtained.
