WBJEE DCAP 2026: WBJEEB to Release Phase 2 Special Vacancy Allocation Tomorrow

WBJEE DCAP 2026 Special Vacancy Allocation

West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has announced that a special vacancy allocation by upgradation will be released for WBJEE decentralised counselling 2026 Phase 2 tomorrow, i.e., September 30 (10 AM). The official notification released at wbjeeb.nic.in states that the upgradation round is being held to provide further admission opportunities to eligible candidates into the vacant seats remaining after WBJEE 2026 DCAP Phase 2 Round 2, which was held earlier. According to the authorities, more than one round may be held, if required.

WBJEE DCAP 2026 Special Vacancy Allocation (Round 3) Dates

No fresh choice filling for the special vacancy allocation will be open. Candidates will be allocated based on their choices submitted during WBJEE DCAP 2026 Phase 2 Round 2 registration process. Allocation of seats will be done according to the candidates’ merit rank, preferences and seat availability. Once allocated, they will have to confirm their admission by paying the seat acceptance fee by October 3, 2026. In case of multiple allocations, candidates will have to choose their preference and lock it. If the allocation is not confirmed before final date, then their admission will be cancelled.
