BHU MVSc registration process is ongoing till March 9, 2025, while the round 1 counselling process will be conducted from March 10, 2025, onwards for all eligible candidates willing to get admission to the Master of Veterinary Science programme. 

BHU MVSc Registration 2025

Banaras Hindu University (BHU) has started the application process for the Master of Veterinary Science (MVSc) programme. Students who are willing to get admission in MVSc programme in BHU can apply online at bhu.ac.in till March 9, 2025. However, interested and eligible candidates are suggested to fill the application form at the earliest to avoid last-minute discrepancies. The authorities have notified that candidates who satisfy the requirements mentioned in the bulletin must apply on the prescribed online application form for admission in the degree program offered.

BHU MVSc Eligibility Criteria 

A candidate willing to get admission to the MVSc programme should have a basic undergraduate degree (B.V.Sc. & A.H.) with at least 60% marks or an OGPA of 6/10. For SC/ST candidates, the minimum requirement is 55% marks or an OGPA of 5.5/10. The Master of Veterinary Science (M.V.Sc.) program will last two years, with four semesters, and will be offered by various departments at the Faculty of Veterinary and Animal Sciences.

Candidates seeking admission to BHU BSc (Hons) course must visit the official website of the university to apply online. BHU BSc (Hons) admission is based on candidates' performance in the Common University Entrance Test (CUET-UG). To get admission to BHU BSc (Hons) courses candidates need to register for the CUET-UG entrance test. Based on the marks secured in the test, BHU will release a list of selected students to further appear for the CUET-UG counselling process. The final selection is based on the CUET-UG score and counselling. 

Q: Β  How can I pursue BSc in Maths from BHU?
A:
Eligibility Criteria for BSc (Hons.) in Mathematics at BHU: Candidates passed or appeared in the 10+2 examination or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Candidates must have studied Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry, Statistics/ Geology/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Geography and passed individually in these subjects. OBC/ Physically-handicapped category candidates will be provided 5% relaxation in marks.
