Central Universities of Haryana and Himachal Pradesh to share resources, do joint research
Two central universities, CUH and CUHP will work together in the field of teaching, research and innovation.
Central University of Haryana as well as Central University of Himachal Pradesh will now move forward with mutual cooperation for achieving the set goals of National Education Policy (NEP)-2020 and for all round development of students.
Both universities will share the academic and institutional resources available with each other on the frontiers of teaching, research and innovation.
Professor Tankeshwar Kumar, Vice Chancellor of Central University of Haryana, Mahendragarh and Professor S.P. Bansal, Vice Chancellor of Central University of Himachal Pradesh, Dharamsala have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for this partnership.
Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar speaking on the collaboration said that through this MoU, both the central universities will establish a system of mutual cooperation starting from studies, teaching, research, conference, seminar to academic human resources and available institutional resources at the level of online and offline facilities available in Laboratory, Central Instrumentation Center and Central Library.
Prof. Kumar said that through this process, both the universities would work by creating a platform for teachers, students and research scholars, so that both the universities could make maximum use of their capabilities.
The Vice-Chancellor of Central University of Himachal Pradesh Prof. S.P. Bansal said on this occasion that not only will the participants of both the universities get the benefit of this partnership, but the results coming through it will be helpful in the development of the country.
