All the students and their guardians have been informed by the Principal that disciplinary action will be taken against those students who are found behaving indecently either at the SOL or at any other venue they are invited to.

An advisory has been issued by the School of Open Learning (SOL) of the University of Delhi that students should not attend any event without prior registration. DUSOL is likely to commence admissions from June 15 for various undergraduate courses.

As per the advisory issued by SOL Principal Prof Uma Shankar Pandey, all present and past students of SOL are advised not to rush and crowd events that they have not registered for. Further, when students reach the designated venue, they are expected to be disciplined and follow the instructions given by the Administration.

All the students and their guardians have been informed by the Principal that disciplinary action will be taken against those students who are found behaving indecently either at the SOL or at any other venue they are invited to. It is noteworthy that on June 03, 2023, during the Degree distribution Fair of SOL, many such students also reached the venue who had not registered themselves for it. As a result, a lot of trouble was faced due to unnecessary crowd.

The DU School of Open Learning will also be starting with a new undergraduate course this year, B.A. (Hons) Psychology. According to Prof Pandey DU SOL is all prepared to admit students for the upcoming academic year and all preparations have been done for the same.
