RGPV MTech Admission 2026: Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya Bhopal has invited applications for admission to MTech Nanotechnology programme. Candidates, both GATE-qualified and Non-GATE can submit their applications till July 17, 2026. They can fill out RGPV MTech in Nanotechnology application form online at official website.
Those with valid GATE score will be given preference for RGPV MTech admission. Also, eligible Non-GATE candidates will be selected based on merit. RGPV admissions will be conducted as per reservation policy by Government of Madhya Pradesh.

Who are eligible for RGPV MTech in Nanotechnology Admission 2026?
As per educational qualification, those with BE/BTech in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Instrumentation, Electronics and Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology, Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Nanotechnology, Materials Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Nanoscience and Technology, Materials Science and Engineering, Ceramic Engineering, Electrochemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Agriculture, or equivalent branches can apply
Also, MSc in Physics, Chemistry, Electronics, Material Science, Solid State Physics, Nanotechnology, Nanoscience, Applied Chemistry, Biophysics, Computational Physics, or equivalent subjects are also eligible.
Candidates must have obtained at least 55% aggregate marks in qualifying examination are eligible for RGPV MTech admission. Those belonging to SC, ST and OBC categories will get relaxation in minimum qualifying marks as per Madhya Pradesh Government norms.
