The board will conduct the online entrance test on July 18, 2026 followed by results on July 22, 2026.

The Sharda University application fee PhD entrance test is INR 1500. Candidates can fill the prescribed application form online or collect a hard copy directly from the university campus. The admission fee shall be paid in online modes or through a Demand Draft drawn in favour of "Sharda University," payable at Greater Noida. Candidates having valid scores from UGC NET, GATE and other equivalent test will be accepted for admission. The vacant seat shall be filled as per merit and availability of seats in various departments.
