University of Hyderabad (UoH) has launched two online certificate courses through its Centre for Digital Learning, Training & Resources (CDLTR) and announced plans to introduce online undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) programmes in upcoming months. The university also inaugurated a new video recording studio to strengthen its digital learning infrastructure.

These newly launched online UoH certificate courses are Samsadhani Praveshikka: Learning Sanskrit Using Computational Tools and Advanced Malariology: Biology of Parasitism and Drug Resistance. The courses aim to provide learners with flexible, technology-enabled education in specialised fields.

Speaking at launch, CDLTR Director Prof. Salman Abdul Moiz said introduction of these courses marks beginning of a wider portfolio of online programmes that will be offered by subject experts. He added that university is preparing to roll out online UG and PG programmes in near future.
