IIT Delhi, University of Queensland seek Expressions of Interest from PhD applicants by Oct 16
IIT Delhi and the University of Queensland are seeking Expressions of Interest (EoI) from applicants for the PhD program through its Academy of Research (UQIDAR).
The University of Queensland (Australia) and the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi have joined forces to deliver a PhD program through its Academy of Research (UQIDAR). Now, the University of Queensland-IIT Delhi is seeking Expressions of Interest (EoI) from applicants with a background in STEM, humanities or social sciences for admission to a joint PhD program in Jan 2023. The last date to show EoI is by October 16, 2022.
Upon successful completion of the program, students will be offered a jointly awarded Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from both universities. Apart from the jointly awarded PhD, the candidates will get to study at two world-class universities and will be supported by a generous scholarship, and receive travel funds and research training grants.

Lt Gen BS Raju recently visited the Indian Army Cell at IIT Delhi & interacted with Academic Researchers, Faculty & Start-Ups. He appreciated the Defence Innovation Ecosystem at the institute and emphasised focused Research & Development to boost indigenous defence capabilities.
After Prime Minister Narendra Modi, now Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan also congratulated IIT Delhi for its contribution in Unnat Bharat Abhiyan. His message reads, "I congratulate Indian Institute of Technology Delhi and all the institutions involved for the achievements of Unnat Bharat Abhiyan and I extend my best wishes for future endeavours."
