MAH BCA CET 2025-26: Provisional Allotment for CAP Round-I Released
The State Common Entrance Test Cell has released the provisional allotment list for CAP Round-I of MAH BCA CET 2025-26 on September 2, 2025. The process for Institute Level admissions through the option form has also commenced and will remain open from September 2 - 30, 2025.
Seat Acceptance for CAP Round-I
Candidates who have been allotted seats in MAH BCA CET 2025-26 CAP Round-I are required to confirm their admission status between September 3 - 6, 2025 (up to 3:00 PM) through their login portal. Additionally, students must report to the allotted institute and submit the required documents, along with payment of the fee, by September 3, following the CAP Round I.
The process involves the following key steps:
- Self-verification: Candidates must accept the declaration that the details provided in their application, including marks, category, reservation, and supporting documents, are correct and authentic.
- Grievance Reporting: If any error is identified in the claim (as per Rule 9 of the Information Brochure), candidates can report their grievance online through their login.
- First Preference Allotment: If a candidate is allotted their first preference in CAP Round I, the seat will be auto-freezed. Such candidates would need to pay the seat acceptance fee online and will not be eligible for further rounds.
- Other Preference Allotments: Candidates allotted a seat other than their first preference can either self-freeze the allotment (by accepting and paying the fee online) and exit the further rounds. OR Opt for the Not Freeze/Betterment option by accepting the seat provisionally and paying the acceptance fee online, while remaining eligible for subsequent rounds.
Authorities have advised candidates to exercise caution when selecting the “freeze” or “betterment” option, as this choice will determine their eligibility for later rounds.
Institute Level Admissions
The Institute Level admission option form submission is active from September 2 - 30, 2025. Eligible candidates can apply directly at the institute level during this period.
The release of the provisional allotment list marks a significant step in the BCA admission process for the academic year 2025-26. Candidates are urged to complete the required steps within the stipulated timeline to secure their seats.
