The State Common Entrance Test Cell has released the provisional allotment list for CAP Round-I of MAH BCA CET 2025-26 on September 2, 2025. The process for Institute Level admissions through the option form has also commenced and will remain open from September 2 - 30, 2025. The State Common Entrance Test Cell, has issued a provisional allotment list for CAP Round-I of MAH BCA CET 2025-26 on September 2, 2025. Institute Level admissions through the option form have also started and will remain open from September 2 - 30, 2025.

Seat Acceptance for CAP Round-I

Candidates who have been allotted seats under MAH BCA CET 2025-26 CAP Round-I have to report to the allotted institute and confirm the admission by submitting the required documents and the fee as per the CAP Round I allotment on September 3, 2025. The confirmation of admission status through the candidate's login will have to be done between September 3 - 6, 2025, up to 3:00 PM.

The process involves the following key steps:

  • Self-verification: Candidates have to agree to the declaration that all information furnished in the application form, including the marks, category, reservation, and other documents is true and authentic.
  • Grievance Reporting: In case any error is found in the claim (as per Rule 9 of the Information Brochure), candidates can report their grievance online through their login.
  • First Preference Allotment: If the candidate is allotted his first preference in CAP Round I, the seat will be auto-freezed. In such cases, the candidate would have to pay online seat acceptance fee and will not be allowed to participate in further rounds.

Authorities have advised candidates to exercise caution when selecting the “freeze” or “betterment” option, as this choice will determine their eligibility for later rounds.

Candidates who are allotted a seat other than their first preference can either do a self-freeze of the allotment by accepting and paying the fee online and then exiting the further rounds. They can also choose not to Freeze/Betterment by accepting the seat provisionally with the online acceptance fee payment. They will remain eligible to participate in subsequent rounds.

Candidates have been advised by authorities to be alert while choosing the option of “freeze” or “betterment”, as the choice which will determine their eligibility in later rounds.

Institute Level Admissions

The Institute Level admission option form submission is active from September 2 - 30, 2025. Eligible candidates can apply directly at the institute level.
