MAH BCA CET 2025 Seat Acceptance and Institute Reporting Deadline Extended Till Sep 8

The Government of Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell has declared an extension for the seat acceptance and reporting process of CAP Round-I for MAH BCA CET 2025-26 admissions.

  • New Deadline for Self-Verification and Seat Acceptance:  Candidates can now complete the process till September 8, 2025 (03:00 PM).
  • New Deadline for Institute Reporting: Students who have confirmed their seats are required to report to their respective institutes on or before September 8, 2025 (05:00 PM).

Seat Acceptance Process

  • Self-Verification: Candidates are required to log in and verify their information (marks, category, reservation, etc.) as accurate, with valid documents as proof.
  • Error Reporting: In case an error is found, it can be rectified through an online grievance filed from the login of the candidate.
  • First Preference Allotment (Auto-Freezed): Those candidates who are allotted their first preference need to pay the acceptance fee online. They will not be eligible for subsequent CAP rounds.

Other Preferences:

  • If a candidate decides to freeze the seat, he or she needs to accept and pay the fee online. They will not be considered in future rounds.
  • If a candidate wishes for improvement, they will have to opt for the Not Freeze/Betterment, provisionally accept the seat, and pay the fee online.

Reporting to Institutes

  • Candidates who have provisionally accepted their seat (freezed or betterment) are required to report to the institute from September 3 to September 8, 2025 (until 5:00 PM).
  • Institutes will verify documents, process online admissions, and provide system-generated receipts.
  • In the event of false claims being detected in the documents, admission will be cancelled, and the candidate is required to file a grievance through their login.

This extension provides candidates with more time to complete their seat acceptance and reporting formalities under CAP Round-I of MAH BCA CET 2025-26.
