MAH BCA CET 2025: Seat Acceptance Rules for CAP Round-III
The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Government of Maharashtra, has already released the schedule for CAP Round-III of MAH BCA CET 2025 admissions. Candidates must follow the given seat acceptance rules to secure their seats in the centralised admission process.

Seat Acceptance Rules for Round-III
Candidates are required to follow th ebelow seat acceptance rules to secure their seats in the institutes of interest:
- First-time Allotment: Candidates must self-verify the allotment, accept the seat, and pay the online seat acceptance fee.
- Allotment in First Six Preferences (Auto-Freeze): If a candidate gets allotment in his/her first 6 preferences, the allotment will be auto-frozen. The student would need to pay the seat acceptance fee and they can't participate in further rounds.
- Allotment Beyond First Six Preferences (Self-Freeze): Will depend on the candidates. They can freeze the seat allotted by paying the seat acceptance fee. They also can't participate in the next rounds.
- Betterment Option: Candidates who get seats allocated over and above their first 6 preferences can go for the Not Freeze/Betterment option and look for better seats in the further rounds. Please note that they still need to accept the seat and pay the fee online.
Reporting to Allotted Institute
Following rules are needed to be followed when reporting to the allotted institute:
- Accepting candidates are required to report to the allotted institute with supporting documents and fees between 24 – 26 September 2025 (up to 5:00 PM).
- Institutes will check documents, validate admissions in the online system, and send confirmation and fee receipts.
- If incorrect claims are detected in the application, the institute will reject admission, and the candidate will have to raise a grievance through the login.
