The Bar Council of India has released AIBE XVI application form. Go through important dates and steps to fill AIBE 2021 application form.
AIBE XVI application forms have been released by the Bar Council of India (BCI) today, December 26, 2020. Candidates need to ensure that they fill AIBE 2020 application form latest by February 21, 2021. AIBE 2021 is scheduled to be conducted on March 21.
On the other hand, AIBE 2020 is scheduled to be conducted on January 24, 2021. The exam was earlier scheduled to be conducted on August 18 but due to COVID-19 pandemic, it was postponed.

AIBE is a national-level examination conducted by the Bar Council of India to assess whether provisionally enrolled advocates or fresh law graduates have the aptitude to practice law. The exam is an open book test and evaluates candidates' analytical abilities along with a basic understanding of law subjects.
