Parameter	Eligibility Criteria
Qualifying exam	Candidates who have passed a three-year LLB or five-year LLB degree are eligible to appear for the AIBE exam. Therefore, the academic qualifying exam for AIBE candidates is  3-year LLB degree, OR 5-year integrated LLB degree
Minimum marks in qualifying exam	The BCI mentions no minimum marks are required for appearing in the AIBE exam. However, a candidate must secure a minimum percentage or grades in their law degree as prescribed by universities for further education.
Age limit for AIBE exam	There is no upper or lower age limit for appearing in the All India Bar Examination.
State Bar Council Registration/Enrollment	A candidate must be registered with their State Bar Councils as an Advocate. As State Bar Council enrollment is mandatory for AIBE eligibility.  Candidates not enrolled as an advocate with the SBC, will not be able to apply for AIBE XIX 2024-25

When filling the AIBE registration and application form, candidates are advised to keep the following points in mind:

• Check Eligibility: Ensure that you meet the prescribed AIBE eligibility criteria.
• Self-Attestation: All documents uploaded should be self-attested by the candidates. Any document without self-attestation will be rejected by BCI.
• No Postal Submission: There is no need to send any document by post to BCI.
• Printout for Reference: Keep a printout of the duly filled and submitted application form for future reference.
• No Online Correction Window: BCI does not provide an online application correction window. If there is any discrepancy in the information entered in the application form, candidates must email BCI to get it rectified.

Candidates could check the steps to fill AIBE XX (20) 2025-26 application form below:

Step 1: AIBE 20 Registration

Go the official website of AIBE - http://www.allindiabarexamination.com. Click on the Registration link. The AIBE registration page would have appeared as under: 

• Enrollment state
• Enrollment number
• Name
• Mobile Number
• Email ID 
• Category

They have to then enter OTP received on their mobile number and email address to verify the registration process. Once verified, Next, AIBE 20 Registration Number and Password is sent to the registered email address. Next, candidates is required to log in with these details as under:

The application form will appear on the screen as under: 

Candidates can check the details to enter on the AIBE application form 2025 below:

• Name
• Gender
• Father’s/husband’s name
• Date of birth
• Permanent address
• Email ID
• Mobile number
• Test centre preferences (at least 3)
• Choice of test paper language (any 1 from available languages)

Also, they need to provide their academic qualification details as under:

• Matriculation details 
• Intermediate/ Class 12 details 
• Graduation details
• LLB degree details 
• Master's degree/any other qualification (if available)

Once all details are filled in, candidates need to click on the Next button.

Step 3: Upload Documents

Further, candidates have to log in again with the provided ID and password and upload the documents. Candidates can check the documents required to fill AIBE 20 application form 2025 below:

Step 4: AIBE 20 (XX) 2025 registration fee 

The application fee for AIBE 20 2025 can be paid in online mode only using any of the e-payment methods:

SC/ST/SC-PWD/ST-PWD categories	INR 2,500 (excluding GST and other charges)

Step 5: AIBE XX (20) application form 2025 submission 

Candidates can download their submitted application form once all the steps are complete. Candidates are not allowed to send the hard copy of the AIBE XX application form to the official address, as it must be submitted online only. However, the candidates need to download it for future reference.

In case, any registered candidate has forgotten his/her AIBE registration ID and password, s/he can retrieve it on the official website of the exam. The steps to retrieve registration ID and password are as follows:

Step 1: Visit the official website - https://allindiabarexamination.com/ 

Step 2: Click on the Find Registration Id and Password (AIBE-XX) link.

Step 3: Enter the following credentials:

• Registration ID or mobile number
• Date of birth

Step 4: Click on the Submit button.   

Step 5: Save the details appeared on the screen.

Candidates can get their details corrected on the Application form of AIBE XX(20) 2025-26 by sending their details to the exam helpdesk before the specified date. They can

also write an email to BCI.helpdesk@cbtexams.in
