CLAT 2026 exam will be conducted today, i.e. December 7, at 139+ exam centres across the country between 2 PM to 4 PM. Read further to know more about the CLAT 2026 reporting time and important things to carry to the exam centre.

CLAT 2026 Exam Day Guidelines

The Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) will conduct CLAT 2026 exam today in around 89 test cities of 25 states and 5 UTs. The CLAT 2026 exam timing is between 2 PM to 4 PM. Candidates appearing for Common Law Admission Test must follow certain guidelines before and during the examination. CLAT exam will be conducted in pen-and-paper-based mode. Β Β 

Applicants have to report to the CLAT exam centre before 1 PM. They have to carry hall ticket of CLAT 2026 along with photo ID proof to their respective exam hall. Those who have not yet downloaded CLAT 2026 admit card can visit consortiumofnlus.ac.in and download their admit card at the earliest as the last time to enter CLAT exam hall is 2:15 PM, though the exam starts at 2 PM.Β

CLAT 2026 Reporting Time

CLAT 2026 exam will begin at 2 PM. The entry inside the examination hall will begin at 1 PM onwards. Candidates won't be allowed to enter the examination hall after 2.15 PM under any circumstances.Β 

CLAT 2026 Exam: Things to Carry in Exam Hall

Things to carry in CLAT exam hall are mentioned below:Β 

  • Clear printout of CLAT 2026 Admit Card
  • Original valid photo ID (Original), i.e. Aadhaar Card/ Passport/ PAN Card/ Voter ID/ Driving License.
  • Atleast Two passport-size photographs
  • Blue/Black ballpoint pens for writing the examΒ 
  • Transparent Water BottleΒ without any labels.
  • Disability Certificate (if applicable).
