CLAT Counselling 2026: 4th Merit List for UG Courses POSTPONED
The Consortium of NLUs has postponed the announcement of CLAT UG 4th Merit List 2026. However, the CLAT PG Merit List 2026 will be released as per the schedule. Read further to know more.
The Consortium of NLUs, in an official notification, announced that the CLAT 4th Merit List 2026 for UG courses has been postponed amid ongoing legal proceedings. However, the CLAT PG 4th Merit List 2026 will be published as per the schedule; i.e. today at 10 am.
In a notification, the Consortium said that, "The 4th round of counselling for the UG programme, originally scheduled to commence shortly, stands postponed. This decision has been taken in view of the ongoing legal proceedings before the Hon’ble Division Bench of the Allahabad High Court. The Consortium has filed a Special Appeal against the judgment of a Ld. A single judge rendered an earlier decision this year, which has now been heard finally by the Court, and the judgment has been reserved for the pronouncement of orders. The judgment is expected to be pronounced on or after May 8, 2026. The 4th round of UG counselling will commence immediately following the pronouncement of the said judgment. A revised schedule will be uploaded on the official website thereafter."
All candidates who have not been admitted to any NLUs in previous rounds are eligible to participate. The Consortium of NLUs will publish the CLAT Merit List 2026 on consortiumofnlus.ac.in.
