NLU Delhi, Mentblue Launch Certificate Course on IPR Law & Practice; Registration Open

NLU Delhi has collaborated with Mentblue to launch a new Certificate Course on Intellectual Property Rights. The online weekend course will begin from May 30, 2026, and cover trademark, copyright, patent, licensing, and IP law. Check eligibility, fee structure, and registration process here. 

National Law University Delhi has partnered with Mentblue to launch a Certificate Course on Intellectual Property Rights. The new programme aims to provide practical information on intellectual property law and combine academic understanding and real-life legal practice.

According to the official notification, the course will begin on May 30, 2026, and classes will continue till July 2026 every weekend. The programme is part of a collaborative initiative designed to help law students to understand how intellectual property matters are handled in law firms.

The course will focus on practicals, including trademark prosecution, copyright law, patent filing, licensing, trade secrets, anti-counterfeiting strategies, IP enforcement, portfolio management, and IP-led mergers and acquisitions. Drafting workshops and case-study-based sessions have also been included in the curriculum.

• Law students (LL.B. and LL.M.)
• Advocates and legal professionals
• In-house counsel
• Patent and trademark agents
• Professionals working in IP valuation and related sectors
