APICET 2021 Counselling: Web option selection begins; Check list of colleges & courses @icet-sche.aptonline

Candidates who have completed the registration for APICET 2021 counselling will now be able to exercise options online. Due to the prevailing situation of COVID-19, the admission process for MBA programme will be web-based, that is candidates will not have to visit the HCLs physically for the verification process. APICET 2021 counselling registration started on December 4 and will end on December 10, 2021. The window for web option selection will be open till December 11. In case candidates will be willing to modify the web option they will be able to do so on December 12.

Steps to Exercise Web Options 

Step 1- After completion of certificate verification candidates must visit the web-option selection page.- icet-sche.aptonline 

Step 2- Enter the credentials: 

• APICET counselling hall ticket number 
• Date of birth 

Step 3- Candidates will be entering the following details now: 

• District 
• Institution/college type 

Step 4- Now the screen will display Government colleges, self-financed colleges, private colleges with different colours codes. 

Step 5- Candidates will be able to see the list of selected colleges on the right side of the screen and total opted counts  

Step 6- Verify the list and click on tab ‘Save’

Important Note: 

• Candidates are instructed to check the details in the "Print Application Form" link before proceeding with option entry. If changes are required, attend at selected HLCs to make changes; then proceed for option entry. If no changes are required, they can directly proceed for option entry by clicking the "Web Option" link. Once the options are exercised, data cannot be modified. 
• Data once freezed will not be given for edit under any circumstances. 
• If the exercised options are saved and not freezed, the last saved options will be considered for the allotment of seats.  
• Candidates can take the printout of the “Manual options form” and fill them before exercising the web options in the system.  
• The candidate can take the printout of saved web options and finally can take the freezed options.
