CAT 2021 registration window will close today at 5:00 PM. Candidates who have not filled the CAT 2021 application form must do so at the earliest.
Today is the last date to apply for CAT 2021. Candidates must complete the CAT 2021 registration cum applicatiton process today by 5:00 PM. Earlier, the CAT form submission deadline was September 15 but it was extended till September 22.
The CAT application process is online and the forms can be filled on the official website of CAT 2021 i.e. iimcat.ac.in. The candidates must note that the CAT fee payment window will also close today at 5:00 PM so they must not only submit the application but also make fee payment for successful CAT registration.
CAT 2021 exam will be held on November 28 in three shifts. The three exam slots are: 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM, 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM and 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM. The exam will be conducted at over 400 centres in 158 cities. CAT 2021 admit card will be issued on October 27 along with official mock test and exam day guide.
IIM Ahmedabad, the exam conducting institute this year has retained the previous years' CAT exam pattern. The CAT 2021 question paper will have 76 questions in MCQ and non-MCQ formats. The exam duration for CAT 2021 is 2 hours with 40 minutes sectional time limit for each section. There is no change in the CAT syllabus, either. It consists of Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension, Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning and Quantitative Aptitude.
CAT 2021 Application Process: Steps to Follow
CAT 2021 registration and application form submission process is online to be done on the iimcat.ac.in website. Given below is the process to apply for CAT exam:
- Open CAT 2021 website and click on ‘Registration’
- Enter name, date of birth, email address, country and mobile number to register
- Validate registration by entering OTP received in SMS
- Go to CAT application form and fill details in mandatory fields
- Upload passport size photo and scanned signature
- Select IIM campuses, IIM courses and test cities
- Make fee payment to complete the application process
