Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi has achieved 100 percent summer internship placements for its MBA batch of 2025-27. All 300 students from the cohort received offers from top recruiters across consulting, marketing, finance, and product management roles.
According to institute, average stipend stood at ₹3.42 lakh, registering a 27 percent increase from last year. The highest stipend offered touched ₹5 lakh for the two-month internship. The top 10 percent of students secured an average stipend of about ₹4.8 lakh, while the top 25 percent averaged ₹4.5 lakh. The median stipend was ₹3.2 lakh.
Consulting and strategy domain accounted for largest share of offers, followed by sales and marketing, finance, and general management profiles. Recruiters from multiple sectors, including technology, FMCG, BFSI, and e-commerce, participated actively in the drive.
Top recruiters included Deloitte, Accenture Strategy, HUL, Amazon, ITC, PwC, Kearney, ICICI Bank, Samsung, and Flipkart, among others.
