Great Lakes Institute of Management with campuses in Chennai and Gurgaon, has announced Cycle 2 application deadline for its MBA programmes. The institute offers a one-year PGPM for experienced professionals and a two-year PGDM for fresh graduates.

Programmes Offered at Great Lakes

Great Lakes offers two full-time residential management programmes catering to different career stages. Candidates can apply using CAT, XAT, GMAT, and NMAT (for PGPM only) scores.

One-Year PGPM: For Experienced Professionals

Post Graduate Program in Management (PGPM) is one-year MBA designed for professionals with two or more years of work experience. Offered at both Chennai and Gurgaon campuses, it focuses on accelerated career transitions.

For the Class of 2025, PGPM recorded an average CTC of ₹17.8 lakh, marking a 2.7x increase over candidates’ average pre-MBA salaries.

PGPM Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum 60% in Class 10, 12 and graduation
  • Valid GMAT/CAT/XAT/NMAT score (best score considered)
  • Minimum 2 years of full-time work experience as of April 30, 2026

Two-Year PGDM: For Fresh Graduates and Early Professionals

Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is a two-year full-time MBA programme for freshers and candidates with up to three years of work experience.

PGDM offers corporate internship, with students interning at leading organisations such as Bain, Deloitte, EY, Godrej, Coca-Cola, Nestlé, and JP Morgan Chase & Co.

PGDM Class of 2025 reported an average CTC of ₹15 lakh, with highest package touching ₹39.8 lakh.

PGDM Eligibility Criteria

  • Valid GMAT/CAT/XAT scores (as per prescribed year limits)
  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum 60% in Class 10, 12, and graduation
  • Freshers or candidates with less than 36 months of work experience as of May 30, 2026
