Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has started PGCET round 3 option entry process on its official website, cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea/pgcet2025. Candidates can scan the QR code on the claim slip to login for KEA PGCET option entry process. Alternatively, candidates can login using CET number, and application number. Candidates can find the CET number mentioned on the claim slip. Last date to exercise option entry window under KEA PGCET 2025 third round counselling was released with the notification earlier. Candidates must submit their exercised options for admissions via Karnataka PGCET round 3 counselling until 6 PM on November 6.

Karnataka PGCET Final Round Option Entry Process 2025
follow the steps below to access Karnataka PGCET final option entry window:
- Visit the official website of KEA PGCET, cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea/pgcet2025
- Click on the Karnataka PGCET final round option entry link
- Choose the mode of login
- Candidates choosing 'login via CET number' have to enter their CET number, and application number.
- Complete the captcha verification and hit the 'Send OTP' button.
- Access option entry dashboard after OTP verification.
Candidates can also login to PGCET option entry dashboard via a QR code scan. Candidates need to scan the QR code on the claim slip to access the option entry window.
Karnataka PGCET 2025 Final Round Caution Deposit
Candidates have to pay INR 25,000 as the caution deposit. This caution fee is adjusted against the fee to be paid by selected candidates. However, those who fail to report at the allotted college or those who fail to pay the admission fee after allotment will get this fee forfeited.

Note that the challan copy is a proof of the candidateβs candidature in Karnataka PGCET, hence it is an important document to retain. Candidates must reach out to the concerned bank or KEA for a resolution.
Karnataka PGCET verification slip is downloadable from the official exam website. Candidates have to login to download the PGCET verification slip. PGCET verification slip is required during the counselling process. Candidates who have the Karnataka PGCET verification slip will be allowed to participate in the option entry process.

Karnataka PGCET exam dates and event schedule is released by Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA). KEA conducts the Karnataka PGCET exam for admission to MBA/MCA, and MTech courses offered by colleges in Karnataka. Besides these courses, candidates aspiring for MArch courses are also required to fill the PGCET form to be considered for the centralised counselling process. Karnataka MArch admissions are based on CoA's PGETA.
KEA releases the schedule for Karnataka PGCET exam, including the application schedule, admit card dates, exam dates, answer key release schedule, and result declaration dates.
