
KEA will conclude Karnataka PGCET 2025 registrations on May 10. Candidates must complete the Karnataka PGCET registration before the last date.
Karnataka Examinations Authority commenced the Karnataka PGCET 2025 application process on April 25. Candidates are allowed to apply for the Karnataka PGCET 2025 exam until May 10. All applicants will be allowed to pay the registration fee until 6 PM on May 12. Candidates applying for Karnataka PGCET 2025 before the last date will be marked eligible to appear for the exam. KEA is conducting Karnataka PGCET 2025 on May 31 for ME and MTech courses. Karnataka PGCET for MBA and MCA will be held on June 22.

KEA conducts the Karnataka PGCET exam every year for admission to MBA, MCA, ME/MTech, and MArch courses. Starting the current session, KEA has scrapped PGCET for admission to MArch courses. MArch admissions will be based on PGETA 2025 administered by CoA. However, candidates aspiring for M Architechire admissions are still required to register for PGCET 2025 to participate in the centralised KEA counselling.
Documents Required for Karnataka PGCET 2025 Registration
Candidates require the following documents to apply for Karnataka PGCET 2025:
- SSLC / 10th MARKS CARD to Enter Register Number and Date of Birth.
- All the Reservation Certificates to enter RD Number /Caste (Category, Income, Hyderabad-Karnataka(HK) Certificates.) which ever if you want to claim.
- Details of studied in Karnataka.
- 12th / 2nd PUC MARKS CARD ( In case of Previous year students).
- Degree Marks Card
- Degree Completion Certificate
- Candidate Signature in .jpg format (Max 50 KB Size).
- Candidate Left hand thumb in .jpg format (Max 50 KB Size).
- Latest Passport size photograph in .jpg format (Max 50 KB Size)
Candidates failing to meet the deadline to apply for PGCET 2025 will be marked inelgible to appear for the exam on MAy 31 and June 22.

Karnataka PGCET registration starts around 30 to 45 days before the scheduled exam date. Candidates are informed about the last date for PGCET registration along with the publication of information bulletin. The application form for Karnataka PGCET is available online on the official website for all candidates aspitring for MBA and MCA admission. Candidates will have to complete the entire application process online, including uploading of the documents and paying the application fee.
To apply for Karnatka PGCET, candidates must hold a bachelorโs degree with an aggregate of 50 per cent (45 per cent for unreserved categories). In addition to the qualifying degree, candidates aspiring for a part-time MBA must have a minimum of three-year of work experience to be eligible for Karnataka PGCET.
