Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) starts the PGCET round 3 option entry process online on the official website, kea.kar.nic.in. Candidates who did not get any seat in the first and second round of Karnataka PGCET 2025 counselling are eligible to participate in the third round admission process.

Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) starts the PGCET round 3 option entry process online on the official website, kea.kar.nic.in. Candidates who did not get any seat in the first and second round of Karnataka PGCET 2025 counselling are eligible to participate in the third round admission process. Candidates participating in the Karnataka PGCET round 3 counselling have to pay a caution deposit of INR 25,000. The caution deposit will be adjusted against the fee to be paid by the selected candidates after the seat allotment results.

Last date to complete the Karnataka PGCET round 3 option entry and caution deposit payment is set as November 6. Candidates participating in the third round have to exercise fresh options until the last date. KEA will release Karnataka PGCET provisional seat allotment results for the final counselling round on November 7. Karnataka PGCET final allotment results for third round MBA admissions will be out on November 8.

Direct Link for Karnataka PGCET round 3 option entry will be updated on the official website, kea.kar.nic.in after release of the seat matrix. As per the official schedule, Karnataka PGCET final round option entry starts after 11 AM, today, November 4.

Cancellation of seats allotted to the candidates in any of the previous PGCET counselling rounds can be done on or before November 6, 4 PM by visiting the KEA office. Such candidates are eligible for a refund of the admission fee after a deduction of INR 10,000.

Q:   Who releases Karnataka PGCET exam dates?
A:

Karnataka PGCET exam dates and event schedule is released by Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA).  KEA conducts the Karnataka PGCET exam for admission to MBA/MCA, and MTech courses offered by colleges in Karnataka. Besides these courses, candidates aspiring for MArch courses are also required to fill the PGCET form to be considered for the centralised counselling process. Karnataka MArch admissions are based on CoA's PGETA. 

KEA releases the schedule for Karnataka PGCET exam, including the application schedule, admit card dates, exam dates, answer key release schedule, and result declaration dates. Besides these events, KEA also conducts the centralised counselling process for MBA admission and the schedule for the same is released seperately.

Q:   I have lost my challan copy of having paid for PGCET MBA Karnataka. Is it necessary for verification?
A:

Note that the challan copy is a proof of the candidate’s candidature in Karnataka PGCET, hence it is an important document to retain. Candidates must reach out to the concerned bank or KEA for a resolution.

Q:   How to access the Karnataka PGCET verification slip?
A:

Karnataka PGCET verification slip is downloadable from the official exam website. Candidates have to login to download the PGCET verification slip. PGCET verification slip is required during the counselling process. Candidates who have the Karnataka PGCET verification slip will be allowed to participate in the option entry process.
