TS ICET 2022 Exam Day Guidelines

Kakatiya University, on behalf of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education, is all set to conduct TS ICET 2022 across 16 cities in Telangana. The first shift of the TS ICET exam will start at 10 AM and end at 12:30 PM. Whereas the second shift exam starts at 2:30 PM and ends at 5 PM. The TS ICET exam is being conducted on two days, July 27 and July 28, with two shifts each day.

Applicants appearing for the TS ICET 2022 exam on either day must carry a hard copy of the hall ticket to the exam centre. Along with the TS ICET hall ticket, candidates have to carry an original copy of a valid photo ID proof. Candidates failing to carry these documents on the exam day will not be permitted inside the exam hall. Candidates who are yet to download TS ICET 2022 hall ticket can visit the official website, icet.tsche.ac.in, to download the same.

TS ICET 2022 Exam Day Guidelines

Candidates must abide by the below-mentioned exam day rules:

  • Candidates must check all the details mentioned in the TS ICET hall ticket and report to the helpline centre in case of any discrepancy.
  • TS ICET hall ticket is to be carried to the exam centre. Failing to carry a hard copy will make the candidates face denial in the entry.
  • Candidates must carry the following things to the exam centre:
    • Hard copy of the admit card
    • Black/ blue ballpoint pen
    • Valid original photo ID card (Aadhaar Card / PAN Card/Passport/Voter ID and Driving License)
  • Candidates must reach the exam centre one and a half hours before the commencement time. Officials capture the Photograph of the candidate before the exam. Additionally, candidates have to go through frisking before entering the exam hall.
  • No candidate will be allowed to enter the exam hall after the commencement of the exam.
  • No candidates will be allowed to leave the exam centre before the end time of the exam.
  • Candidates must listen to the instructions laid by the invigilator and follow the instructions on the screen after logging in.
  • In case of any glitches in the computer system, candidates must report to the concerned authorities.
  • No candidate will be allowed to carry calculators, cellphones, Mathematical/Log-Tables, smart watches, large spectacles, or any other electronic gadget.
  • Candidates in possession of any of the restricted items inside the exam hall will lead themselves to debarment.
  • Candidates indulging in any kind of unfair means or any act that leads to imprisonment during the test will get their candidature cancelled.
  • The exam centre of TS ICET will not be liable for the loss or damage of any personal belongings of the test takers. No facility for a locker will be provided inside the exam centre.
  • Blank papers for rough work are provided inside the exam hall. However, candidates must hand over the rough sheets to the invigilator after taking the test.
  • Candidates must carry a 100-ml transparent bottle of hand sanitiser, face mask, and drinking water in a transparent bottle for personal use.

TS ICET 2022 Last Minute Tips

Candidates taking the exam tomorrow must keep the following essentials in mind to ace the TS ICET 2022 exam:

  • Avoid studying for long hours the night before the exam.
  • Do not pick any new topic the night before the exam day.
  • Keep the short notes handy for the last-minute revision of TS ICET syllabus.
  • Avoid eating heavy meals a day before the exam day.
  • Meditate on exam day to keep yourself calm during the day.
  • While taking the exam, attempt all questions as there is no negative marking.

TS ICET 2022 Important Dates

Immediately after taking the exam, candidates can access the TS ICET unofficial answer keys. The unofficial answer keys of TS ICET 2022 will be prepared based on memory-based questions and answers. The official answer keys for TS ICET 2022 are scheduled to be released on August 4. Candidates will be allowed to raise objections against the preliminary answer key until August 8. The final answer key and the TS ICET result will be released on August 22.
