Admission open for the fifth batch of CXO Programme

XLRI Jamshedpur has started admission process for Senior Executive Development Programme in Driving Growth-The CXO Programme. This 11-month blended programme is designed to help senior leaders to strengthen strategic judgement, financial acumen, digital readiness and operational discipline to build scalable growth engines.

The CXO Programme is offered under the aegis of XLEAD – XLRI Leadership Education and Development. The programme covers 144 hours of learning to help senior executives move beyond episodic execution to build resilient and value-oriented organisations. The course will help develop their ability to frame effective growth strategies, compete in complex markets, identify opportunities emerging from digital business models, apply critical thinking to high-stakes decisions, manage risk and lead organisations through disruption, uncertainty and transformation. 

Speaking on the announcement, Dr. Santosh Sangem, Programme Director, XLRI said, “At senior levels, growth is no longer an isolated target; it is a leadership discipline shaped by judgement, resilience and execution. The Senior Executive Development Programme in Driving Growth - The CXO Programme spans nine integrated modules covering:

• Operational excellence
• Business model design

CXO programme will be delivered through interactive learning platform in Direct-to-Device mode and will include a five-day on-campus immersion at XLRI Jamshedpur. The pedagogy will include live lectures by XLRI faculty, in-class discussions, exercises and case-based learning suited to each module. Participants will receive a certificate from XLRI Jamshedpur and XLEAD after course completion.
