AP NEET 2025 Counselling Round 1 Late Registration Window Opens
The Andhra Pradesh NEET 2025 counselling Round 1 late registration process for the Competent Quota (CQ) candidates has started today, July 30, 2025. The last date to register with a late fee is tomorrow, July 31, 2025, 9 PM. Candidates who did not register in the original window can now register by paying a late fee.
How to Apply for AP NEET 2025 Counselling
Candidates have to follow the steps below to register for Andhra Pradesh NEET 2025 counselling.
- Visit the official website of AP NEET 2025 counselling – drntr.uhsap.in or directly visit https://apuhs-ugadmissions.aptonline.in/MBBS/Registration/Registration
- Enter NEET 2025 Roll Number, Date of Birth, Name, Mobile Number and Email address
- Generate a password and enter the captcha
- Click on Generate OTP
- Enter the OTP to confirm the registration
- The AP NEET 2025 registration credentials will be sent on email and SMS
- Login with the registration credentials
- Fill up the form with mandatory details and upload documents
- Pay the application fee in online mode through Credit/Debit Card and Net Banking

The application fee has to be paid in online mode through Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking. NTRUHS, the counselling authority for Andhra Pradesh NEET, has stated, “Application and Processing Fee, including Late Fee, once paid will not be refunded or adjusted to a future date under any circumstances. Hence, candidates are advised to go through the Prospectus / Regulations before applying.”
Andhra Pradesh NEET 2025 counselling registration process for Management Quota and NRI category candidates is being conducted from July 28 to August 2, 2025, 9 PM.
The AP NEET 2025 counselling registration process for CQ candidates without late fee was conducted from July 23 to July 29, 2025.

Dr NTR University of Health Sciences (NTRUHS), or the counselling authority of the Andhra Pradesh NEET counselling, releases the seat matrix for before each round. Candidates have to fill and submit choices of MBBS and BDS seats based on the seat matrix of Andhra Pradesh NEET counselling for that particular round. For Round 1, AP NEET 2025 Counselling seat matrix was released on August 19, 2025, along with the commencement of the web options or the choice filling process.
A General category student must secure an AIR rank of 50,000 or above to get an MBBS seat in a good college in Andhra Pradesh. Candidates must note that this is a predictive cutoff rank and not an absolute data. The actual cutoff data or rank will be relesed by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) after the conclusion of the counselling process for Andhra Pradesh NEET.
