As many as 3,025 candidates have been included in the list. However, some candidates have not been allotted seats due to the unavailability of choices.

The institute reporting process will be conducted from September 26 to September 27, 2025. The PWD category candidates have to report with the relevant original certificates at Gauhati Medical College and Hospital on September 24, 2025, for the verification of their disability status.

Candidates must note that the seat has been allotted at a provisional level and is subject to the fulfilment of the eligibility and verification of documents. They have to visit the respective institutes with original documents and INR 25,000. The original documents must be submitted to the institutes on receipt of an acknowledgement from the institute authorities.
Originally, the result was scheduled for September 19, 2025, which was postponed due to the rescheduling of the MCC NEET 2025 counselling.
