Banaras Hindu University (BHU) has informed that the admission to BVSc & AH (Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry) session 2021-22 will be done on the basis of NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) 2021 and interested candidates can register themselves and fill the application forms at bhuonline.in.

BHU official tweet reads, " #ADMISSION #CALL Admission to http://B.V.Sc. & A.H. Courses for academic session 2021-22 shall be done on basis of #NEET2021 scores only. Desirous #candidates are requested to register themselves & fill-up #online application form on http://bhuonline.in."

The official announcement says, "Course details, registration form and other required information will be available on the University's Admission Portal w.e.f. 23.01.2022 to 06.02.2022. The last date of receipt of the online application form is 06.02.2022. 

BHU's BVSc & AH course duration is five and a half years including a one-year internship. Minimum eligibility is the candidate must be a Class 12 pass or equivalent with subjects Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Which shall include a practical test in these subjects) and English securing minimum 50% marks in aggregate. For SC/ST caste candidates, a minimum of 40% marks is required. 

Veterinary science deals with the diagnosis, cure and treatment of diseases in animals and birds. The topic includes the study of animal physiology, prevention schemes, and various treatment to prevent diseases in animals and birds.
