CENTAC NEET 2024 counselling application process is ending today, August 8, 2024, at 5 PM. The online application process had started on July 28, 2024. Originally, the last date of application was August 6, 2024, which was extended by two days. Eligible candidates willing to participate in the CENTAC NEET counselling process for admission to Puducherry must complete the process within the slated date.

How to Register for CENTAC NEET Counselling
Candidates will have to follow the steps given below to register for CENTAC NEET UG counselling 2024:
- Visit the official website of CENTAC or directly visit the link – https://centacpuducherry.in/UgNeet_2024/registration.html
- Click on the Registration tab
- Enter details such as name, father’s name, contact details and set password
- Check the Declaration checkbox and click on Submit
- Once the registration credentials are generated, login and continue the application process
- Upload the necessary documents in requisite dimensions and pay the application fee through Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking or UPI modes.

CENTAC NEET 2024 Counselling Application Fee
The application fee for the unreserved category candidates for Government Quota is INR 1,000 and that of the reserved categories for candidates belonging to Puducherry is INR 500. On the other hand, the CENTAC NEET counselling 2024 application fee for Management Quota and NRI Quota candidates is INR 2,000 and INR 5,000 respectively.
Today is also the last date for physical examination of the PWD category candidates which is taking place in four hospitals across Puducherry from August 6 onwards.
The CENTAC NEET 2024 counselling will be conducted for MBBS, BDS, BAMS and BVSc & AH programmes. As many as 6,318 candidates had appeared in NEET 2024 from the Union Territory of Puducherry, out of which 3,472 candidates qualified.

Yes, candidates can participate in both the national level NEET counselling for the 15 per cent All India Quota (AIQ) seats and the 85 per cent State Quota seats. However, if a candidate has already joined an institute, then he or she will no longer be eligible to participate in other state/national level counselling. Moreover, they will also not be eligible to participate for the next round of NEET state counselling once they join an institute.

CENTAC Puducherry will release the seat matrix for CENTAC NEET UG 2024 counselling before each round.
